- This performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520mm x 200mm x 150mm / stage = 13,000cc), offering a 50% larger frontal area and 70% more volume than the original intercooler. Our engineers increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as the end tank design, to eliminate all OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow characteristics and charge cooling properties. High performance intercooler core with stepped turbulators (weight: 9.2 kg). Built with the highest quality Bar and Plate intercooler cores, combined with CAD-optimised cast aluminium. Flow analysis and simulations have been created to optimise the design to maximise internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice in terms of performance gains and low inlet temperatures.
