The large volume intercooler are designed in CAD. Each exchanger is flow tested to ensure and produce maximum cooling with minimum pressure drop, resulting in the greatest amount of power and torque possible.

Description

BMW F10 high volume intercooler, providing 85% more exposed area and 60% more air volume than the original intercooler. It provides excellent cooling properties. The ends of the charge air cooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised using flow analysis. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the BMW 518i / 528i. The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. The original air hoses can still be used
