• The BMW Performance EVO II intercooler kit has the following main dimensions (520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm / 13,572 cm³ stepped). The high-performance intercooler core offers 90% more frontal area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the intercooler fitted as standard. Our engineers have increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as the end tank design, to eliminate all OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow characteristics and charge cooling properties. Built with the highest quality plate and plate intercooler cores, with internal turbulators combined with CFD optimised cast aluminium tanks for optimum internal airflow. Due to the high material ratio, the complete intercooler weighs 10.0 kg. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a connection diameter of Ø70mm for the inlet and outlet. The results are excellent cooling properties with minimal pressure drop. This intercooler kit is the best choice in terms of performance gains and low inlet temperatures. Directly designed for the high demands of the BMW N54 and N55 engines.
