- The EVO I intercooler has the following core dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 130mm / stepped = 11,752cc), providing 85% more cooling surface area and 60% more charge air volume than the stock intercooler. Our engineers increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as the end tank design, to eliminate all OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow characteristics and charge cooling properties. Built with the highest quality plate and plate intercooler cores, with internal turbulators combined with CFD optimised cast aluminium tanks for optimum internal airflow. This intercooler kit is the best choice for performance gains and low intake temperatures.
